At TetraClean, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please note that our products are non-returnable. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective due to delivery, we will be happy to provide a replacement.

To be eligible for an exchange, customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product by sharing the necessary details and proof of damage. Once verified, we will Exchange products will be delivered  within 2-3 business days
